For any orders requiring guaranteed Next-Day or in some cases Same-Day Service (10:00 am cut-off and some geographical restrictions for “Same-Day” Service), please call the Customer Service Desk. *Pertains to parts in stock.*

 

Shipping Policies

 

  • We process orders and ship Monday thru Friday 8:00
    AM to 3:00 PM     Central time.

 

  • Please allow 24 hours for standard order processing. We take pride in delivering your orders in a timely manner.

 

  • Shipping Locations: SMT Health Systems, 1380 Legion Road, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501
  • Order Expediting: Same day shipping if UPS Next Day Air is requested and if order is in by 12:00pm
  • Back Orders: Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on each product we carry, occasionally we may deplete stock of certain items. Occasional partial shipments of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.

Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
  • Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
  • The Returned Goods Authorization number must be clearly shown on the outside of the returned packages. We do not process returns or exchanges without a RGA.
  • Enclose the packing slip and indicate the Returned Goods Authorization number, number of items you’re returning, and the reason for the return.
  • All returns must be shipped to: SMT Health Systems, 1380 Legion Road, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • A RGA# is required from SMT. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. If the refund is due to an in house shipping error, we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us (RGA number is required. See Return Policy.)
